Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information GoldAlly collects, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your information.
1. What we collect
If you join the waitlist:
- your email address;
- the plan you said you were interested in, if you chose one;
- where you joined from: the page section you used, or a campaign label in the link you followed;
- when you joined, when we invited you, and whether you unsubscribed.
If you have an account: your email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form by our authentication provider); your settings; what you save in the product, such as trade plans, notes and reviews, the views you ask us to check, and recordings you upload; and your confirmation that you read how to read our bias, with its date.
To keep the service safe: to limit abuse we keep short-lived counters keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address or email, never the address itself.
In your browser: a sign-in cookie if you have an account, and your light or dark theme. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
2. Why we use it
- to email you about GoldAlly's launch and your place on the waitlist, and to let people in in the order we promised;
- to provide your account and the features you use;
- to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
- to meet legal obligations.
We email waitlist members only about the launch. We will not send you marketing emails without your consent.
3. Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers, who process information only on our instructions:
- Supabase: our database, sign-in and file storage;
- our email provider: to send waitlist and account emails;
- Anthropic: the artificial intelligence that writes our analysis, and that reads text you ask us to check, such as a trade plan or a view on gold;
- Deepgram: to transcribe recordings you upload;
- our payment provider, when billing opens: to take payments (we never see your full card number);
- our hosting provider: to serve the site.
Some of these providers are outside Israel, including in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed there, with safeguards in our agreements with them.
4. How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept until we open and you are invited, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account information is kept while your account is open and deleted after you close it, except what we must keep by law. Security counters expire within hours.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in every email. Write to hello@goldally.io and we will reply within 30 days.
6. Age
GoldAlly is for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email before a significant change takes effect.
